EXPERIENCE:

  • We are seeking a candidate with several years of experience in a b2b marketing role in a creative or digital advertising / social media content or marketing business, with direct influencer marketing experience a big plus.
  • You should have experience of creating b2b marketing content and producing b2b marketing events / IRL experiences at a high level.
  • Skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships; including with external clients and a range of different internal teams
  • Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders
  • You should have an understanding of what it takes to work with an early-stage company.
  • You have an appetite for new challenges and a constant drive towards improvement
  • A self-starter who can build and manage the processes necessary to both deliver success and measure performance

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a fearless self-starter; who is strategic, self-motivated, extremely collaborative, and incredibly curious about brands, culture, communications, and connections - and above all, influencer marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all of our marketing efforts, focussed on driving awareness and salience of, and engagement with, the influencer brand in market to both existing clients and prospects, ensuring our brand shows up in the best and right way across all relevant touchpoints and managing a regional marketing budget to drive results in all of these endeavours.
As a key member of the leadership team in the UK you will also play a vital role in the continual development of our proposition, go to market strategy, geographical expansion strategy, account growth and new business efforts, in partnership with your peers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, Manage and Be Accountable; For our marketing team, delivering best-in-class content and activation through effective management, mentorship, training and development.
  • Marketing Strategy: Driving the creation and continual evolution of our marketing strategy in EMEA, leveraging our annual marketing budget to allocate on optimise spend towards our key objectives
  • External Brand; Oversee and coordinate how we show up in market across b2b communication channels including social, PR, industry events, digital advertising and website.
  • PR Strategy: Own and deliver our PR strategy through engagement with trade publications / journalists.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation: Oversee and coordinate key marketing campaigns, leveraging cross functional stakeholders to deliver best in class content and IRL experiences to engage our clients in our brand and proposition
  • Always on Marketing and Lead Generation: Oversee and execute our always on marketing activity across all key touchpoints. Including (but not limited to), Website, Email Marketing, Paid Social, Google Ads and Organic Social
  • ABM: Work in partnership with commercial teams to collaboratively architect and execute marketing platforms to help drive client engagement across ABM activity.
  • Sales & Marketing Collateral: Continual oversight and production of sales collateral (one pagers, reels, product tutorials etc).
  • Measurement & Reporting: Ongoing reporting on success and ROI from all marketing investment across channels through both quantitative and qualitative measurement approaches.
