To strengthen our regional NEEU team in Groot-Bijgaarden (Brussels area, Belgium), we are looking for a:

WHAT YOU WILL DO?
As a key member of the NEEU Leadership Team, the Marketing Director NEEU masters the complex market dynamics specific to the region. He/she reports directly to the President of NEEU and works closely with the Group Chief Marketing Officer. The role of Marketing Director NEEU is critical in delivering customer-centric, sustainable solutions tailored to regional preferences and needs, thereby creating value for all stakeholders across diverse markets. By leveraging data-driven insights and championing innovation, the Marketing Director NEEU ensures that the marketing strategies are closely aligned with both corporate goals and local nuances to drive profitability and sustainable growth in the region.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- Strategy: Tailor and implement the company’s marketing strategy specifically for NEEU, in collaboration with local entities, Business Units (BUs), Customer Channels, and R&D teams to ensure regional relevance and impact.
- Community Development: Attract, retain, and develop talent within the marketing teams across the region. Provide direct functional coaching to Marketing Managers in the countries. Constantly elevate the capabilities of the team, and ensure exchange of best practices within NEEU.
- Processes & Tools: Establish and standardize marketing processes and tools across NEEU, ensuring alignment with global practices. This includes areas such as Marketing Intelligence, Product Management, Communication, Customer Marketing and Pricing.
- Intelligence: Enhancing regional marketing intelligence using big data and analytics to understand the market, customers, consumers, and competitors.
- Product & Service Management: Actively engage in the rollout of innovation, ensuring they meet the unique needs of the NEEU market.
- Pricing: Set and manage strategic pricing models that are interdependent with Product & Channel Management, suitable for varying regional market dynamics.
- Customer Marketing: Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that is adapted to different countries within the region, in cooperation with local Marketing and Sales teams. Maintain close relationships with customers across all channels and markets in the region, build strong partnerships and understand local needs deeply.
- Communication: Direct both online and offline communication strategies to enhance the Puratos brand visibility and awareness across NEEU. Lead internal and external communications (including regional events) and ensure effective collaboration tools are in place.
- Digital: Spearhead digital marketing activities including CRM, data analytics, and digital services. Facilitate the digitization of customer touchpoints and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives within the region.
- Objectives & KPIs: Define and monitor marketing, market and consumer trends, customer experience, and digital objectives and KPIs for the region, ensuring they are in strict alignment with the Group strategy and budgetary frameworks.
