- Lead talent acquisition and development across Country Marketing teams, providing guidance and support to team members in their professional growth journeys.
- Contribute to fostering a consumer-centric culture by facilitating education and Marketing upskilling initiatives within other functions such as commercial and retail
1. CAREER EXPERIENCE
- 15+ years of working experience with minimum 7+ years in leadership roles and 10+ years in Omni marketing.
- Excellent technical understanding of marketing topics with hands-on experience.
- Ability to produce, understand and effectively use consumer and market insights.
- Digital and omni channel savvy with a proven track record.
- Strong team leadership and experience in managing high performing diverse teams across domains
- Evangelising change across an organization through adaptive leadership. More specifically driving experience in unifying different stakeholders and initiatives.
- Experience in a global organization with a strong footprint in the country, key understanding of the local market and customer
