Description:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the overall digital marketing strategy for Salla.
This role requires a proactive and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of digital channels, who can lead teams in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing campaigns. You will develop strategic plans that leverage data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a strong brand presence online.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and forecasting ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the continuous development and positioning of the company’s brand.
  • Lead a team of highly motivated marketing managers overseeing different functions including brand, PR, events, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, etc.
  • Plan the company’s annual marketing budget and oversee its execution.
  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing, and more.
  • Use analytics and performance metrics to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI is maximized across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to enhance digital strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with external partners and agency resources to enhance digital capabilities.
