We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at Head Office. To be successful, you will be proactive, passionate and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Website & Merchandising – Ensuring all products are accurately listed with optimised descriptions, imagery, and pricing, while maintaining strong SEO and merchandising strategies.
- Campaign Execution – Assist in digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, social media),
- Performance Analytics – Track and analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, BigCommerce and other 3rd party programs, providing insights for optimisation.
- Third-Party Marketplace Management – Manage product listings on third party platforms ensuring brand consistency, high rankings, and optimised conversions.
- Promotions & Product Launches – Execute on-site promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches, collaborating with internal teams to maximise engagement.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – Implement A/B testing on website content, promotions, and product positioning to enhance user experience and boost sales.
- Photography & Content Management – Oversee product photography and ensure images align with brand and third-party platform guidelines.
- Stock & Inventory Coordination – Work with planning and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment and availability of key products.
- Revenue & Business Growth – Support eCommerce trading strategies, ensuring effective site performance and cross-functional collaboration to drive online sales.
