We are seeking a Marketing Ecommerce Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are a creative problem-solver with expertise in Graphic Design, eCommerce operations, content creation, and customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in eCommerce platforms and marketplace management.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software (e.g., Photoshop, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of web design principles and digital content management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Fluent in English both Verbal and Written
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Overtime pay

• Product Presentations:

• Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials to showcase our products.

• Design high-quality product images and graphics for marketing and eCommerce platforms.

• Web Development & Graphic Design:

• Create, enrich, and upload web content across all marketplace channels.

• Ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

• Regularly update and maintain eCommerce websites.

• eCommerce Operations:

• Manage eCommerce backups and ensure reliable service.

• Handle daily orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.

• Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Conduct product presentations and meetings with customers.

• Follow up with customers to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Build strong relationships by proactively working with customers to correct problems.
