Marketing Effectiveness Specialist (MATERNITY LEAVE COVERAGE)
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Effectiveness Specialist to join our team in Pernod Ricard Italia for a maternity leave coverage.
Reporting to the Media Manager Italy & Southeast Europe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing department. Your responsibilities will include supporting in media buying and optimization, monitoring media campaigns, verifying budgets, developing contracts, and supporting various marketing transformation projects. Some of your responsibilities

  • Media Perimeter: you will collaborate with the Media Manager to manage media budgets and strategies for Italy and South-East Europe and you will support in developing media pilots to enhance campaign quality and performance. Maintaining daily contact with our Media Agency, you will provide a comprehensive view of brand strategies, from trade to marketing activations and you will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, continuously upskilling in the Media field through trainings and media events.
  • Contract coordination: you will finalize contracts for products, brands and agencies.
  • New code opening: you will manage the new product code opening process, collecting data for new product developments (NPDs) and ensuring timely progression of all new codes through interaction with relevant areas.
  • A&P Segmentation Projects: you will drive data harmonization across South-East Europe affiliates, ensure data & KPIs are accessible to the right stakeholders. You will coordinate Polaris with the Finance department to ensure brands meet guidelines.
  • Data tool management: provide operational support to ensure the effective use of the “Matrix” tool. Steer Media and Marketing transformation leveraging data-based decision tools.

With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, you have proven experience in marketing effectiveness, media buying, or a related role. You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail and are a good communicator, able to manage multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met. You are proficient in marketing data tools and software.
