We are excited to offer the role of Marketing & Events Coordinator.
This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of all events for Blackmores and BioCeuticals ensuring brand relevance to deliver consistent and differentiated brand offerings which serve consumer needs across all consumer segments and channels.
Scope of work include supporting the Blackmores AU Marketing team with competitor reviews, the creation of pharmaceutical marketing materials, management of the internal labelling process as well as other operational projects.
This is a unique combined role of both marketing operations and events management. This role will suit an individual who is keen to get their foot in the door or gain initial exposure into marketing and events for brand activation to build a long-term career in marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the organization and execution of events across various industry and consumer events. This role covers event pre-planning, planning, execution and postmortem. These activities include data entry, analysis and reporting to all necessary stakeholders to provide recommendations for subsequent events.
  • Delivery of a consistent brand image for Blackmores and BioCeuticals that adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Brief agencies for specific event requirements as well as merchandising materials.
  • Support the Marketing team to develop marketing materials and enhance educational activity within our traditional pharmacy channels.
  • Assist in the label change process – in co-ordination with internal regulations and creative department.
  • Management of competitor updates and support marketing team on big marketing/advertising launches as required.
  • Administrative duties for Events and Marketing team.

Who are you?

  • At least 1 year work experience in marketing, events or administration support, project management and strong coordination experience.
  • Display attention to detail and possess good time management skills.Possess other work experience relating to retail pharmacy marketing and community knowledge and trade shows exhibition will be an added advantage.
