The Role: We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Events Coordinator, with a strong digital background to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and organising impactful events that showcase our products and services. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and a results-driven approach to our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events such as open days, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and our website.
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Implement and optimise digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Build relationships with local organisations, charities, and community groups to expand our reach.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets within predefined constraints and ensure cost-effective marketing and event strategies.
