WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and event coordination.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with ability to make/contribute to recommendations, prioritise, manage and track multiple projects
- Team player, who is able to work independently to keep projects moving
- Ability to interface effectively with people and build strong relationships
- Can-do spirit and ability to work and thrive in an evolving and fast-paced results-driven environment
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and internal events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of content across a variety of mediums, including presentations, social media updates, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and event promotions.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up communications.
- Own the internal approval process to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activity and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels with fresh and engaging content.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
