WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation and event coordination.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to make/contribute to recommendations, prioritise, manage and track multiple projects
  • Team player, who is able to work independently to keep projects moving
  • Ability to interface effectively with people and build strong relationships
  • Can-do spirit and ability to work and thrive in an evolving and fast-paced results-driven environment
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and internal events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of content across a variety of mediums, including presentations, social media updates, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and event promotions.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up communications.
  • Own the internal approval process to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activity and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels with fresh and engaging content.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
