Marketing Events Manager (f/m/x)

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Events Management/Administration/ or equivalent working experience
• Professional experience/not internship (3+ years) in B2B/B2C international events management
• Exceptional project and time management skills
• Excellent communications skills and understanding how to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to track ROI of events
• Advanced MS Office full package user, inc. Sharepoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native) and English (full professional proficiency/C1), other languages are a plus
• Tech-savvy

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Events Manager, you will be working closely with Sales and Product Management Teams on identifying relevant international events, supporting our presence on various B2B and B2C events, and be the main point of contact for external vendors (exhibition halls, construction companies, airline, logistic companies and administration personnel).
