SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Industry recognised qualification in marketing
• Solid marketing experience with a well rounded approach to multiple disciplines
• Experience of Hubspot or other similar CRM
• Experience of SEO onsite, offsite
• Creative with good writing skills
• Good influencing and motivational skills
• Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude
• Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
• Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve

  This position is required to be 100% site based.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Play a leading role in the execution of the agreed marketing plan
• Assist in retention of and developing existing and new customers through planned individual account support by working closely with the Sales Team
• Proactive management of the CRM (Hubspot) database including efficient data segmentation
• Management of the B2B event strategy as well as creating and facilitating ADS events
• Create content and promotional materials (photo, video and literature) which includes e mail campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR and design
• Promotion of the Company’s brand both online and offline
• Develop and maintain a social media presence
• Maintain the Company’s website including SEO
• Provide reports on marketing
• Research market trends to assist with the development of marketing plans
• Conduct competitor and customer analysis to help drive demand for the Company services
• Maintain marketing support materials
