We’re looking for an experienced, confident and creative B2B service marketing professional, to join our campaign and product marketing team, to promote and grow our market leading Inspection and adjacency services business direct to customers. This is an exciting role where you can take ownership of a range of marketing actions to increase brand awareness amongst target B2B audiences, grow the B2B pipeline for direct business and increase strategic client and partners’ engagement, satisfaction and ultimately retention. This is an additional distribution channel to complement our already well established broker offering.
You’ll be based at our head office in Guildford but we’re open to a range of flexible working requests.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Creating and executing marketing initiatives that support lead generation:

  • Identify target markets and segments for marketing initiatives/communications.
  • Provide product/distribution expertise and marketing direction for communications, materials, messages, and promotions.
  • Develop and execute marketing promotions/campaigns to drive awareness and enquiries.
  • Develop marketing collateral and content to support campaign and distribution objectives.
  • Ensure the accuracy of marketing materials across all mediums.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of marketing initiative results; analyse campaign data to provide performance insight and recommendations, including KPI metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track campaign activity, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Co-ordinate the compilation of tender submissions for B2C, B2B, and intermediary/facilities management negotiations, including developing and emerging sectors.

Managing relationships:

  • Build effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout campaigns and post activation.
  • Drive communications with all functional areas to proactively promote marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product development, distribution and training in the launch of new products and services.
  • Appropriately influence decisions to reflect the desired direction for marketing initiatives.

Developing insights:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of the engineering inspection industry.
  • Help shape research efforts and package insights into actionable content.
  • Be a subject matter expert across marketing for all engineering inspection related topics.

Business awareness:

  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the full range of services and solutions that Allianz Engineering offers to clients as well as the different markets/buyer segments that exist.
  • Awareness of the competitive environment and an understanding of how marketing strategy and plans are positioned within this to help differentiate our service offering.
  • Identify linkages and opportunities to develop cross LOB and segment marketing programmes that will support revenue and business synergies.
