Role Overview:Pearl Dental Clinic is looking for an exceptional Marketing Executive & Administrator who is a high achiever, self-starter, and results-driven professional. This role is not for the average marketer—we need someone who can take ownership, drive patient growth, and elevate our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, data-driven, innovative, and strategic, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, patient acquisition, and brand positioning.This role combines marketing leadership with administrative efficiency, ensuring that Pearl Dental Clinic’s marketing efforts generate measurable growth while maintaining seamless clinic operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience in digital marketing, in the healthcare industry/ other related sector.
· Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
· Experience managing Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
· Should be a self-starter and a good team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
