JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Positioning: Develop and execute a strategy to position Buzzbite as a leader in both influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Affiliate Product Launch: Lead the go-to-market strategy for our new affiliate marketing product, ensuring a seamless integration with our existing influencer offerings.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Integration: Leverage Buzzbite’s influencer database to create cohesive programs that offer clients both influencer and affiliate marketing solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish Buzzbite’s voice in the industry by leading thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, whitepapers, blogs, and speaking engagements.
  • Content and Communication Strategy: Oversee the creation of all external communications, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels, including social media, blogs, and PR.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate inbound leads for both the influencer and affiliate programs.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine product and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in launching and positioning new products in competitive markets.
  • Strong background in both influencer and affiliate marketing, with an understanding of how these can be integrated to drive business growth.
  • Experience in brand strategy, thought leadership, and content creation.
  • A track record of driving brand awareness and generating leads through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to manage both high-level planning and detailed execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Preferred: Experience in a startup environment or with a company launching new products, and a network within the influencer or affiliate marketing industries.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Hubspot, Pipedrive etc
