❗ Please note, while this position can be filled by a candidate based anywhere in the UK, there will be the need to attend the office in Maidstone, Kent in order to fulfill some of the position’s responsibilities so a local candidate is preferred. Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Executive at Caseware, you will be responsible for building and executing a wide range of events, as well as contributing to our social media strategy, in order to build our brand awareness among accounting professionals. You will also be responsible for the UK advertising schedule and building and maintaining relationships with external organisations to ensure success in our Partnerships.
Your overall goal will be to contribute to the MQLs that the Marketing Team provides to the Sales Team. The Marketing Team are committed to promoting brand awareness and increasing sales, and your success within this team will directly contribute towards this.

Bradley Vaughan - Demand Generation Manager
What you will be doing: (Key Performance Objectives):

Responsible for the region’s events, for both sponsored and customer events, including, but not limited to:

  • Identify key events for attendance. Engage with the organisers and negotiate pricing for sponsorship
  • Pre and post-event promotional activities
  • Define lead acquisition goals per event
  • Booth/stand build where required and work with external companies where required
  • Identify and execute requirements for each event – registrations, exhibitor information, venue bookings, event schedules, staffing, and staff requirements etc.
  • Manage inventory for the show – swag, collateral, IT equipment etc.
  • Attendance at events where required
  • Work with the Demand team and SDRs to ensure target delegate numbers are met at internal events (such as CwX)
  • Work with the commercial team to ensure all KPIs and event objectives are understood. Have pre and post event meetings to discuss success.
  • Report to Regional Director of Marketing on success of events and make recommendations for future

Create a webinar calendar for both net-new and cross sell opportunities:

  • Identify topics and create agendas for a full webinar programme. Including product releases, demonstrations and thought leadership topics
  • Identify presenters for the webinars and work with the Sr. Manager, Influencer & Advocacy Marketing to secure external guest speakers where necessary..
  • Work with the events team in North America to ensure the creation and execution of the webinar runs smoothly
  • Work with the Demand Generation Manager to promote the webinar to optimise attendance

Manage the UK’s social media presence and build its audiences in line with the global Social Media Strategy:

  • Manage, create and publish high-quality, engaging content
  • Liaise with marketing team members to ensure all campaigns, product launches and events are covered
  • Prepare reports on activity
  • Train internal teams to maintain cohesive social media strategy
  • Work with the SDR team to create a series of posts they can use to increase their social selling
  • Work with the commercial team to ensure presence on social media is maximised and on brand

Develop strong relationships with our external partners to ensure our partnerships gain the highest possible traction in the industry:

  • Ensure attendance and speakers at internally organised events i.e. CwX
  • Maximise opportunities to enhance our presence among their clients and prospects, and ensure they present opportunities to us first
  • Make use of their industry experts for our thought leadership webinar programme

Plan, manage and execute the region’s advertising schedule, including, but not limited to:

  • Identify and research new opportunities, negotiate a budget and schedule
  • Work with the Regional Director of Marketing to gain approval for the activity
  • Liaise with the Creative Team to ensure artwork is designed and submitted in time
  • Analyse results and using this to amend/adjust the schedule if required
  • Liaise with the Demand Generation Manager to ensure the advertising schedule falls in-line with the campaign plan and content calendar
