Job Title: Marketing Manager

Centum are an Irish Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering company, based in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland and we have been operating since 2015. Today we employ circa 350 employees across Europe and are fast building a reputation of providing cost effective solutions to our clients deliver construction projects to the highest standards.
Purpose of the role: To plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of marketing materials, internal and external communications as well as creating and implementing marketing strategies. This role would best suit a creative mind and a person who is at their best creating content, while coming at things from a different angle.
Key Requirements: As a Marketing Manager you must have strong communication and organisational skills. You will be working regularly alongside different departments; therefore, you should be a strong multi-tasker. Experience on Adobe Creative Suite is also required. We are looking for an extremely likeable, enthusiastic. highly-organised and hard-working individual that can help us grow the business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/CRITERIA
- 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Role.
- Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite and Hootsuite (or similar scheduling platforms).
- Strong organisational, and project management skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copy writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, experience in creating reports.
- Have a high level of creativity and work toward deadlines.
- Occasional travel may be required,
Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES
- Support the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as event, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Assisting in staging and setting events and locations (when required).
- Coordinate email marketing and SMS campaigns including, copy, scheduling, testing and database management.
- Create and prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and help over-see distribution. Brochures/ Merchandise/ Advertising billboards etc.
- Prepare and implement advertising and promotional campaigns on a variety of media (Social & Print).
- Create and prepare internal communication materials to be presented to Stakeholders.
- Create and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
- Updating and monitoring the company website - Developed on WordPress.
- Using Ads manager to create and distribute ads to different target audiences. Running comprehensive reports on Ad’s manager and presenting when requested.
- Creating graphics for Ads using templates on Photoshop.
- Manage company documents on InDesign.
- Manage and maintain relationships with company sponsorships.
- Evaluate, manage and monitor Social Media campaign performance.
- Liaising with the recruitment department regularly to help assist with their recruitment requirements.
