Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive/Coordinator responsible for effective, accurate and timely administration and co-ordination of the firm’s digital marketing and events, providing support to the existing marketing team .
The role will focus upon assisting the Marketing and Events Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to implement the marketing strategy, as well as various projects and have a heavy focus on driving forward the digital marketing across a range of different departments. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to use initiative and embrace ownership of a variety of projects.
Applicants need to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work to deadlines. You will be working on a broad range of marketing activities from events to SEO development. You will need to be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable with working on a range of tasks.
We are looking for a candidate to join our existing two-person team that have over 18 years combined experience in Marketing, this is an opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking law firm. The right candidate will have a keen interest in digital marketing, as well as experience in delivering marketing campaigns; ideally, we are seeking a highly organised individual with drive and who can bring fresh ideas and suggestions to the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally Marketing Degree or similar. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

SKILLS:

  • Experience of working within a marketing environment for at least one year
  • You will have experience in print and digital marketing – working with design, social media, and other digital channels, with content tailored for different audiences
  • Design/editing skills – Canva or Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
  • Working technical knowledge of SEO, Google analytics and other analytics tools
  • Website maintaining/updating
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating information into reports
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent time and project management skills with an ability to juggle a range of different tasks and priorities
  • Experience of managing digital communication channels including websites and social media channels
  • Experience of coordinating events (preferred)
  • Experience using Mailchimp and Survey Monkey or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Your main role and responsibilities will be:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Monitor digital analytics and SEO development for the firm, build reports and suggest improvements, as necessary
  • Coordinate PPC campaigns across the firm
  • Assist with planning and coordinating both internal and external events directed by the Marketing and Events Manager, as well as assisting in the preparation of presentations to outside organisations/firms
  • Assist to effectively implement the Marketing Strategy
  • Assist with plans and execute social media activity and campaigns as well as the firm’s website using the CMS with content, blog posts, web page development and to monitor client usability
  • Support with regular maintenance and development of the website
  • Liaise with third party suppliers, sales representatives and PR agency
  • Attend Marketing and other relevant department meetings and implement action points arising
  • Coordinate advertisements, editorial features as well as award submissions
  • Maintain and update client databases
  • Assist with promotional activities
  • Support with development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns alongside Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Monitor and measure the ROI from marketing campaigns
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, advertising, marketing copy, etc.
  • Assist in creating content for internal communications and sending communications via Mailchimp
  • Develop good rapport with colleagues across departments
  • Identify strong PR stories and co-ordinate between respective staff members as well as PR agency to arrange photo shoots and create content
  • Co-ordinate administrative orders, managing stock levels of Marketing materials
