Your role
Marketing executive role responsible for developing and implementing marketing tactics and campaigns to promote our company’s products, services, and brands. Key role in increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and contributing to our overall business growth.
What you’ll be doing
The Marketing Executive will be a an integral member of the Marketing & Communications team consisting of a team of five marketing and creative professionals, providing comprehensive support to the whole organisation and different stakeholders. Based in Meriden, this will be a hybrid role with two days of working from home.
This role would be perfect for someone with at least 18 months experience in a marketing departments, and now looking for their next career step in a challenging and engaging environment, where they will be supported to succeed.
Experience is essential for this role, however, it’s more important that you have the aptitude to learn quickly and can demonstrate your drive and application to work with us and embrace the role and learn with a genuine enthusiasm for a marketing career.

About the role and what you’ll be doing
The marketing executive will support both epyx’s and r2c Online’s diverse businesses, both UK and Internationally. This will include taking briefs from various stakeholders and managers, including the marketing team, and liaising with an in-house designer, agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery. You will be engaged in a full marketing mix/generalist role including social media, email marketing, event management, design, advertising, internal communications and content creation.
You will help run key social media accounts, with the opportunity to develop copywriting and content creation skills. You will also collaborate on email marketing campaigns, including creating copy, proof-reading emails, refining and tailoring email templates to ensure the best user experience across different devices and performing CRM data segmentation and analysis to target the right audiences. You will help with content collection throughout the business to support our internal communications channels, as well as providing general administrative support for our team of 5 marketing and communications professionals.
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
You will have the ability to build effective relationships, both internally and externally, showing sensitivity to others’ viewpoints and valuing diversity. Excellent attention to detail with strong written, numeracy and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills are desirable. You’ll have a keen eye for design, with experience using Canva and Adobe being desirable, but not required.As an excellent organiser, you will have the ability to work, using your own initiative, in a structured way, to prioritise a wide range of activities and to use available resources to ensure tasks are completed to deadlines.
