Description:

  • Manage CRM and e-commerce platforms for optimal functionality, design, and user experience
  • Oversee loyalty program, including points, rewards, and redemption policies
  • Analyze customer data to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Track and report on CRM database to inform targeted marketing initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities, proposing countermeasures as needed Organize events for top customers and targeted segments
  • Manage direct customer communications through offline and digital channels
  • Oversee Mobile App development and related activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications team to align plans and direction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Atleast Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or related discipline
  • Min 1-3 years hands on experience in CRM and customer service preferable in F&B or service industry
  • Comfortable with CRM and Data related work
  • Good knowledge in marketing campaigns initiatives end-to-end process management & executions
