Key Duties

  • Contribute to the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Target market research and dataset identification
  • Maintenance of development of email database
  • Generation of email campaigns for specific market sectors
  • Generation of literature and content (online and offline)
  • Website development, content management and analysis
  • Social media management and reporting
  • Co-ordination of external agencies including web, PR and design
  • Organisation and participation in trade days and events
  • Liaison with internal and external sales teams
  • Liaison with customers across all target markets

Skills and Experience

  • B2B marketing and commercial awareness
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords and PPC
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Working knowledge CMS such as WordPress
  • Solid understanding of SEO
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Video content creation and editing
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptive with the ability to pivot quickly in response to market demands
  • Strong attention to detail
