Key Duties
- Contribute to the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Target market research and dataset identification
- Maintenance of development of email database
- Generation of email campaigns for specific market sectors
- Generation of literature and content (online and offline)
- Website development, content management and analysis
- Social media management and reporting
- Co-ordination of external agencies including web, PR and design
- Organisation and participation in trade days and events
- Liaison with internal and external sales teams
- Liaison with customers across all target markets
Skills and Experience
- B2B marketing and commercial awareness
- Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords and PPC
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Working knowledge CMS such as WordPress
- Solid understanding of SEO
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Video content creation and editing
- Organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptive with the ability to pivot quickly in response to market demands
- Strong attention to detail
