The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our hotel properties, and generate bookings. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community management, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and etc.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (including text, image, and video) for social media posts, adhering to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Manage and moderate online community interactions to foster a positive brand image and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns that align with promotional activities, events, and seasonal offers.
  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant content opportunities, leveraging them to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to enhance our social media presence.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners for collaborative campaigns and sponsored content opportunities.
  • Assist in developing a ecommerce marketing strategy for the hotel. Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales, enhance brand presence, and achieve revenue targets. This includes SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of eCommerce marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
