Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketing degree of relevant marketing qualitfication (e.g. CIM Certificate in Marketing)

KNOWLEDGE

  • B2B marketing campaign strategy development and application
  • Knowledge of insurance market and role of the broker desirable

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years’ experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns in a B2B environment, professional/financial services preferred
  • Experience in marketing planning, campaign management and utilising digital marketing techniques is essential
  • Experience in copywriting for online & offline channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce & Pardot (Account Engagement) experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to advise, influence and appropriately challenge

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing team with the strategic development, planning and execution of marketing activity for specified business units and territorial groups, providing appropriate advice and assistance in the use of marketing tools and techniques
  • Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to develop fully integrated strategic marketing plans and lead their delivery and implementation
  • Manage the production, distribution and analysis of Miller’s North American bulletin, including working with internal and external resources to meet our quality standards
  • Use own initiative to develop, design and execute external marketing material and campaign activity. This may include: events; marketing literature; email campaigns; social media activity; web content; thought leadership; video and presentations.
  • Deliver agreed plans and projects in line with the Miller brand guidelines, to a high quality, on time and within budget
  • Monitor and measure success against marketing objectives and KPIs, sharing reporting with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities to optimise and adapt activity
  • Maintain a production schedule for insight and thought leadership across Miller
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Update and enhance the Miller website
  • Work with external suppliers where required
  • Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of Miller, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls. Our policies and procedures are written to encapsulate the compliance, legal and financial crime related legislation and regulations which apply to Miller.
  • Comply with any external rules and requirements imposed on individuals performing their role at Miller, such as Lloyd’s byelaws and FCA rules.
  • Promote Miller brand and values to enhance Miller’s reputation in the market
