Description:
Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in our London office:
MARKETING EXECUTIVE (GLOBAL) – MERCER INVESTMENTS
Mercer is among the world’s largest and most respected investment firms, with our European head office based in London. We are looking for a motivated marketing professional to join the Mercer Investments team in London and work for their Global Marketing team, who delivers an always-on marketing programme, events and campaigns to an institutional client audience.
What can you expect?
- We’re looking for an enthusiastic marketing professional to join our growing business. Our team is responsible for driving the commercial growth of Mercer Investments by getting the business in front of large asset allocators (across all industries) and helping us to become more visible and relevant in front of non-pension buyers.
- This role is multiregional as our team deliver firm-wide programmes, content and assets to key markets (US, UK, Australia, Europe) and growth markets (Asia, UAE). These regions are our clients - they localize and implement our campaigns
- We will rely on you to help us deliver our comprehensive marketing programme, including the delivery of all flagship institutional investor events.
- You will influence and work effectively with a range of stakeholders, representing marketing at the events’ steering groups attended by senior business leaders, and input on the latest customer engagement reporting and campaign progress
- You will own the whole invitation process for certain events, develop campaigns across offline and digital/social channels, and implement digital promotions.
- As our programme is data-driven, you will be expected to analyze data effectively (via excel for example) to improve and report on the programme’s performance. You will work with our CRM and alongside our sales enablement teams.
What’s in it for you?
- The role will collaborate closely with the Events, Digital and Creative colleagues across the wider Marsh McLennan Marketing teams, our external agencies, as well as interact with our investment and alternatives business. It is an exciting role where you will have a lot of room to grow and develop within a successful part of the business.
- Competitive Benefits Package including: 25 days annual leave, up to 4 days of flexible bank holidays, excellent pension contributions, private medical cover, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance program, plus a range of flexible benefits including the option to buy up to 5 days holiday per year, cycle to work, dental insurance, health assessments plus many more.
