Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and will work closely with the marketing, brand and product teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • EPD/NPD Go To Market: Support the Marketing Manager to project manage all EPD & NPD to ensure seamless execution in-store & online. Manage product naming sign-off & brief all online imagery & assets for online retailers into the brand team. Work closely with supply chain to track & implement product go-live dates in market.
  • Brandbank: Manage product data & content library via Brandbank, including relationship management & negotiation of annual contract. Keep the team updated on new features & optimisations.
  • Amazon: Manage content creation for Amazon including Brand Store, A+ & Product Detail Page (PDP). Stay close to SEO & naming conventions to maximise visibility and constantly monitor listings online to ensure product information is as accurate as possible.
  • Online Reviews: Monitor online review scores for all ranges & be responsible for implementing online review programs where necessary. Analyse online review trends & report on key themes/insight to the marketing & product team.
  • Market research & in-market support: Support samples & logistics for EPD/NPD market research initiatives. Conduct store visits to retailer fixtures to test packaging & EPD/NPD concepts.
  • Budget management: Manage Brandbank subscription & budget
