We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Marketing Executive to join us as our incredible marketing team.
At Hamberley Care Homes, we place our people we support at the heart of our service and shape our specialist care and rehabilitation around their unique needs.
This newly created role will involve working with the Group Head of Marketing to help develop, and implement, strategies to drive engagement and improve brand awareness, with a focus on generating referrals into our care homes.
This role will be hybrid, with up to two days a week in the office based in Luton and may require occasional travel across the UK.
Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our stakeholders to
- Design and development of agreed marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, leveraging internal support and working collaboratively with the Marketing Team.
- Use data tracking tools to monitor performance.
- Develop marketing materials such as digital ads, newsletters, posters, planning PR.
- Support with creating relevant content in line with branding guidelines.
- Support the homes with social media training and monitoring their channels.
- Produce marketing insights and understand consumer trends. - Regular audits of social platforms, website and metrics of existing campaigns.
- Manage multiple social media accounts, create and publish content, as well as monitor and respond to comments and messages.
