Description:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience in executing paid social media campaigns, agency experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software (e.g. Adobe suite)
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and work harmoniously with all departments and stakeholders
- Candidates with Google analytics certification, Google Ad search will be at advantage
- Full understanding of all social media platforms

- Content strategist, work with agencies to plan and develop engaging content for our target audiences
- Digital leads, ad performance and tracking
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to guarantee a consistent and strong online exposure of i.Dental in Singapore. Work cross functionally with operations, customer service and clinical staff to achieve targets. A strong user understanding and demonstrated expertise on content marketing is mandatory.
- Strong strategic thinker who drives digital marketing strategies and leads generation campaigns including but not limited to social, displays, videos and paid traffic acquisition
- Strategize and develop top, middle and bottom funnel journey on paid ads (SEM, SEO, GDN).
- Work with our digital agencies to plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including measuring and reporting of ad performance and campaign analysis using tools like Google Analytics, with the ultimate aim of improving campaign performance
- Use GA to track conversions and analyse leads coming in from the various digital channels and providing monthly reports to management
- Develop annual marketing plans, oversee all marketing initiatives and budgets including production of point of sales materials, campaigns and activities
- Working closely with call centres to closely monitor follow-up on leads generated and tracking and monthly reporting on conversion of braces and Invisalign
- Manage all aspects of social media, including handling feedback or enquiries that comes through social media
- Work with corporate partners on corporate partnerships
