Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, highly organised Marketing/Content Executive to join our team.
At I-Koncepts Group, our fast-growing companies; I-Fulfilment (providing international fulfilment services to growing brands), and BladeFS (a comprehensive warehouse management software solution), are closely interlinked. We are looking for a flexible individual to work across the Group, supporting the Marketing Manager.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with previous content/copywriting experience - you can adapt content to target audiences.
  • Organised, with meticulous attention to detail - you can prioritise your projects to meet deadlines.
  • A process-focused individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficient with project planning, Microsoft Office, and using Excel for budgeting.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Hubspot would be a bonus).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Although this role is based at our Headquarters in Christchurch, there will be in a need to commute to our other offiice - Smartbase www.smart-base.co.uk at Bournemouth Airport and The Runway, Christchurch.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing content calendars and project plans aligned with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Creating engaging, SEO optimised content across a variety of platforms, to include websites, blogs, social posts, email marketing, sales support materials, newsletters, video scripts, end-user content, how-to-guides, case studies, feature releases, and client communications for updates, incidents and releases etc.
  • Updating websites with relevant targeted content.
  • Assisting with management of marketing database, sending out campaigns and preparing marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools.
  • Working with external agencies to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, customer journeys, SEO, GoogleAds and Linkedin Ads campaigns.
  • Attending and organising company and trade events when required.
    This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be communicating with many departments and teams at all levels across the business.
