Role Overview:
Our Marketing team are looking for a talented, highly motivated Marketing Executive to join CRU’s Santiago office. This position will provide the opportunity to become part of a dynamic, supportive, and truly international team, and provide unrivalled exposure and experience working across both internal and external stakeholders.
CRU Marketing team covers all the marketing initiatives that drives our brand, reputation, and revenue. There is a strong emphasis on the digital marketing to embrace the modern marketing technics. Joining us means you will have the freedom to take ownership, being creative and propose new ideas.
As a Marketing Executive you will manage and deliver a variety of marketing initiatives including regional marketing for Latin America region as well as (global) industry events. You will support the rest of the marketing team depending on your skills and ad-hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing
Latin America Region Specific
- An expert in your region, working closely with the teams across LATAM, the Marketing Executive needs to have a deep understanding of the LATAM region
- Support LATAM regional marketing strategy to grow the business that is both globally consistent with the overarching Marketing strategy, and specific to country variations and requirements
Campaign management.
- Develop nurture, retention and acquisition campaigns using Pardot and based on personas, themes and our products and services
- Go-to-Market Strategy: You may support in localizing marketing strategies for LATAM region
Customer segments and personas for targeted campaign. This involves developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer, channel and sector needs, customer performance and potential, market share, perception, competitor activity, the legislative environment, and trends
Event Marketing
Your will be working closely with other event marketing managers to support promotions for CRU events mainly in the Americas as well as industry trainings. The successful candidate will be running events independently 6-9 months after their start date and you will likely need to be able to travel to support events in the America’s region.
The areas of support include
- Event marketing plan execution - Support other event marketing managers in executing dynamic marketing plans within the designated budget, aimed at achieving or surpassing the forecasted sales revenue across various events.
- Growth in delegate numbers and revenues - Support tasks to increase in attendee numbers and revenue generation for the events and trainings
