SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on content creation, campaign execution, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SolarWinds products, monitoring, and observability is highly desirable, with a strong interest in staying updated on industry trends.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot, with knowledge of campaign management, lead nurturing, and marketing automation, is beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media scheduling tools).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Marketing Executive at Loop1, you will support the Director of Global Marketing with the design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth and expanding Loop1’s impact across global markets. You will play a pivotal role in content marketing, creating and deploying compelling content that engages audiences, promotes the Loop1 brand, and highlights our vendor portfolio and robust services capabilities. Collaborating closely with the global marketing team, you will ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality campaigns that showcase Loop1’s expertise, industry-leading solutions, and commitment to client success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Support and Execution
- Partner with the Director of Global Marketing to design, develop, and execute global marketing campaigns that align with Loop1’s strategic objectives.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage and track campaigns across email marketing, social media, and lead nurturing workflows, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the global marketing team, providing guidance to ensure alignment with campaign goals and consistent brand representation across channels.
- Content Marketing
- Develop and manage a content calendar, producing high-quality content tailored to global audiences, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email marketing, and social media posts, with a focus on monitoring, observability, data fusion, and SolarWinds expertise.
- Support the creation of multimedia content, such as videos, webinars, and infographics, to enhance audience engagement.
- Use HubSpot’s content tools to schedule, distribute, and optimize content, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives and tracking content performance.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and content initiatives, preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics using HubSpot and other analytics tools.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and optimize content strategies based on insights.
