Description:

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Rubric Law, a fully remote firm, are seeking an experienced and versatile full-time Marketing Executive for a fixed term maternity cover contract.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing with proven history in delivering effective campaigns dealing with national legal and vertical market trade media.
  • Proficient in using and optimising social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook, for business growth.
  • Skilled in creating and managing effective campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Experience in crafting compelling email content and managing subscriber lists using platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Ability to identify and leverage advertising opportunities in niche markets effectively.
  • Strong understanding of brand development strategies and the ability to implement them to increase brand loyalty and recognition.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively work autonomously, with the wider team, and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be instrumental in the continued development and growth of the firm during 2025. You will build awareness by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, crafting relevant promotional messages and articles and working to publish or distribute them to our target market, via a variety of media, advertising and social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee Rubric’s presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring consistent engagement and brand messaging.
  • Google Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns using Google Ads, optimising for maximum reach and effectiveness within budget constraints.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, including newsletters and promotional offers, to engage with the audience and drive conversions.
  • External Advertising in Niche Sectors: Identify and execute advertising opportunities in specific niche markets to maximise targeted exposure.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness within the target market through various marketing channels.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Seeking New Opportunities: Research and identify new opportunities for raising awareness and generating leads, including partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Website Management and Content Creation: Manage Rubric’s website, ensuring it is always up-to-date and creating engaging content that attracts and retains visitors.
  • Developing the Brand: Continuously work on developing Rubric’s image, voice, and online presence to ensure it resonates with the target audience.
