Role Summary: This is a cooperative digital marketing role with traditional aspects, within the support office team. This stand-alone marketing role is Responsible for overseeing the marketing, advertising and promotional activities within the company ensuring that it represents the company brand with a positive image.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or professional third level qualification in Digital Marketing /Marketing is desirable.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager is a must along with Google Ads, Google Tag and GA4.
• Experience in managing, editing and creating inDesign books linking Word docs.
• Working knowledge of Adobe suite, editing WordPress, and content creation.
• Strong administration and IT skills;
• Offline and online copywriting essential.
• Enthusiastic and meticulous individual with a passion for Marketing and attention to detail.

• Responsible for the marketing, advertising and promotional activities within the company ensuring that it represents the company brand with a positive image.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Plan and manage the promotion of events.
• Work with various departments within the support office including, HR, Finance, Maintenance, IT, etc.
• High level of attention to detail is essential for this role as you will be required to generate, nourish, manage and report on high-value leads.
• Lead out on various exciting projects including UX, content creation, improving digital communications, or trialling apps.
• Plan and execute marketing plans including monitoring results and taking corrective action, when necessary, in order to deliver increased levels of customer value and profitability
• Study market trends, best practices, competitors to deliver qualitative and quantitative results on marketing initiatives.
• Develop, monitor and implement marketing campaigns (both digital and print) and create traditional and digital promotional material.
• Manage the company website and maintain portfolio of digital assets.
• Provide prompt, proactive and professional administrative support to the Senior Management team while understanding their requirements, role and importance of ongoing projects.
• Researche, prioritise and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed by the relevant Senior Governance team.
• Determine appropriate course of action, referral or response while maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist senior managers with improving the brand visually across all presentations, and documents.
• Proactively identify and implement ways to improve processes and ensure general efficiency for key stakeholders.
