Marketing Executive

The Wolseley Hospitality Group’s Head Office is located above The Wolseley on Piccadilly. It comprises The Director’s office alongside People, Talent & Culture, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing and Reservations.

• Support the Head of Marketing in the timely development and delivery of marketing plans across our portfolio of restaurants.
• Assist the Head of Marketing with the completion of the monthly reports - summarising performance of activity across web, CRM and social.
• With support from the Head of Marketing, manage brand photoshoots proactively generating content to meet the needs of the marketing plan across all channels; help writing briefs for our photographers and freelancers, writing function sheets for sites and overseeing shoot logistics.
• Support our Private Dining & Events team to create brand materials and content to promote our offer to both a new and existing audience.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with our Digital Manager, ensuring they are updated and given up to date assets and copy.
• Assist our PR consultant and PR agency with booking in media and influencer visits.
