REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in marketing communication or related roles.
- Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically while executing tactical initiatives.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Actively engage in prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to secure new clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate our product
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and effective coordination in the sales process/services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Keep abreast of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and provide valuable insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
