Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Position type: Permanent, 37.5 hours p/w
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

We’re seeking a Marketing Executive to be a vital part of our fantastic marketing team. You’ll collaborate with a talented graphic designer, another Marketing Executive, and report to our Marketing Manager. Job purpose
Being the champion for B2B marketing activity, planning, creating and executing campaigns. Maintaining current relationships and seeking new opportunities to grow the business in line with objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for B2B lead generation through marketing activity.
  • Creating, planning and executing marketing campaigns to target potential B2B customers.
  • Maintain existing relationships – specifically with professional bodies or networking groups.
  • Strong focus on LinkedIn and share learnings to utilise with the sales team.
  • Support partnerships marketing activity including monthly comms with existing partners and support with strategic plans to recruit new partners.
  • Responsible for advertising, partnership, and event opportunities in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure product information is up to date, engaging and relevant to the market across all collateral
  • Carrying out competitor analysis to ensure we’re competitive within the markets we operate within
  • Updating, managing, and creating new case studies
  • Managing events, ensuring we have everything required to attend and complete the event successfully.
  • Represent Qdos by attending industry functions and events as required.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B marketing roles, with a strong understanding of marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to measure the impact of marketing activities.
  • Ability to work at pace with a collaborative team mentality.
  • Experienced in organising B2B events
  • Familiar with content management systems
  • Experienced in the use of email to drive leads and nurture customers
  • Creative approach to problem-solving, who loves working within a team
  • Excellent copywriting skills

Desired

  • Financial services experience particularly within tax consultancy
  • Experience of working within the recruitment sector
  • PR experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
