Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Team.
This role focuses on nurturing new leads and prospects to conversion, as well as retaining existing customers through marketing tactics such as segmented email campaigns, marketing automations, and direct communications (e.g. emails, phone calls, and video meetings), that are targeted at key decision-makers and stakeholders within the lead/customer’s organisation.
Lead Nurturing - one half of your role will be to nurture leads either provided by the Lead Generation Team, or target accounts that you have identified, through the 4 key micro-conversions to customer conversion (i.e. order).
Customer Retention - the other half of your role is to help retain existing customers by creating & building on new & existing customer relationships through tactics such as gathering feedback after order, scheduling regular customer check ins, and monitoring their progress through the tiers of our Installer Certification Scheme.
To do this, you will be utilising the content created by our Lead Generation Team to guide leads and customers along their journey, through personalized marketing campaigns, marketing automations & direct communications.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven and comfortable with analysing & interpreting data to inform their decisions.
We value autonomy and trust our team members to take ownership of their work. As such, the role requires a self-motivated individual who uses their initiative and doesn’t require micro-management – however, will be fully supported by the wider Marketing Team.
This is a full-time, office-based, permanent position with a multi-national Door Entry & Access Control manufacturer operating in the security industry.

SKILLS:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent (preferred)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, and other MS Office packages
  • Experience in or understanding of Content Marketing
  • Experience in or understanding of Email Marketing Campaigns (preferred)
  • Experience in or understanding of Marketing Automations (preferred)
  • Experience in or understanding of a CRM (Hubspot or equivalent) (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • No previous experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture new leads & identified target accounts through the 4 key micro-conversions to order.
  • Retain existing customers by building & maintaining relationships through regular check-ins, feedback collection & progression through our Certification Scheme.
  • Utilise the content created by the lead generation team to nurture leads & retain customers.
  • Use lead & customer data (e.g. segments, lifecycle stage, value etc) & the wider customer journey to create & execute targeted email marketing campaigns, and measure the success of these campaigns through A/B testing.
  • Create a range of marketing automations & sequences to move leads & customers along their journey.
  • Work closely with the lead generation team on creating new content for the wider ABM team.
  • Update & maintain our company wide CRM.
  • Monitor and track the success of your lead nurturing & customer retention efforts through KPIs that are aligned with the ABM team’s SMART goals.
