Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Planning: Devising and communicating promotional plans, creation and distribution of Point of Sale and precise execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Managing and growing all social media platforms via creative and engaging content development and communication with followers.
  • PR and Advertising: Competitively sourcing and executing impactful PR, Press and Outdoor media campaigns.
  • Working closely with the Regional Management Team to ensure excellent store standards are maintained. This will entail store visits and the organization of merchandising planning.
  • Creating and executing a monthly Marketing plan including but not limited to advertising, PR, Competitions, Social Media activity and in store activities.
  • Working alongside the in-house design department to create and manage all point of sale and marketing material on an ongoing basis for all 84 Winemark outlets.
  • Satisfy store requests for all outlets, in relation to uniforms, stationery, toners, POS etc.
  • Conduct regular inventory and replenish stock of all store supplies including point of sale holders, stationery, marketing materials etc.
  • Sourcing various items and achieving competitive quotes for uniforms, stationery and seasonal and branded merchandise.
  • Managing charity partnerships – Liaising with charities and other external organisations for planning, advertising and assisting various fundraising events and PR activity.
  • General administration duties, maintenance of marketing databases and website monitoring and updating.
  • Any other duties relevant and related to the post.
