MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 DOE
Location: Rochdale HQ
In the role of Marketing Executive, you will support WCCTV’s marketing strategy by effectively implementing key marketing tactics to assist with ongoing lead generation and brand awareness. This role will provide day-to-day support of marketing activities via content creation, outbound marketing initiatives and supporting sales activity.
We are seeking a commercially driven, experienced marketing professional to join our team and help our vision thrive!

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 years experience in Marketing
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field and/or CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification or other relevant marketing certifications.
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with Canva/Visme and video editing tools (e.g. Final cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or similar).
  • Strong experience with Social media management platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) and Email marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp, Constant Contact).
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the Marketing Director by implementing key tactics from the Company’s marketing strategy.
  • Assist in formulating and deploying effective marketing content, including video content, email marketing campaigns, case studies, press releases and running online events.
  • Work alongside WCCTV’s SEO Executive and Marketing Copywriter to develop and maintain web presence by providing engaging content and thought-leadership pieces, including creating graphics, images and organising photography and video.
  • Maintain and improve the company’s central marketing resources library, and promote adherence to brand guidelines: standardise documents prepared by non-marketing colleagues.
  • Act as a point of escalation for queries from the marketing team and other colleagues.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.g. colleagues, customers and partners, ensuring ongoing and continuous communication.
  • Carry out research on market trends, market opportunities and competitor and target customer analysis.
  • Support with tradeshows and exhibitions.
  • Keep abreast of new and emerging market techniques and new channels.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
