Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Project Management
  • Ownership of the planning and implementation of Shopee PH’s top performing games, including end-to-end accountability of all plans and performance
  • Develop marketing and commercial strategies to drive user acquisition, retention and revenue for your games/features
  • Plan and execute communications & prize plans, draft creative assets, prepare DTI application and winner verifications
  • Ensure game/feature is properly setup, performance quality checks to ensure user experience is seamless
  • Craft qualitative and quantitative analysis of your games/features, with relevant action plans for subsequent campaigns
  • Optimize & improve game plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Design, Campaigns, Brand Marketing, Partnerships, and Community
  • Operations & Product Management
  • Work with Regional counterparts to launch & maintain features
  • Facilitate product testing with Local Products Team
  • Relay all feature updates to Sub-lead and actively look for improvements to further optimize existing games and features
  • Feedback Gathering/Issue Resolution
  • Handle any customer-service related issues for your games (eg coins crediting and voucher in-game concerns)
  • Gather user sentiments from different touchpoints including but not limited to (i) social media (ii) live chat transcripts (iii) product ratings or reviews (iv) relatives or friends
  • Work closely with Subleads and CS Team regarding upper management escalations and providing prompt resolution of the issue

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Highly meticulous and keen to details
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge in product management & project management (campaign planning & reporting)
  • Good data analysis with working knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • Works swiftly and can pivot quickly with changes in direction
  • Self-starter, highly proactive, and a good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus if with prior experience in eCommerce marketing and if the candidate enjoys playing mobile games
