As we propel our mission to (b)eat food waste, we’re in search of a dynamic, data-driven Marketing Generalist with excellent project management skills to champion our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of marketing operations, including metrics analysis, project management, design coordination, group management, review management, copywriting, public relations, and content calendar oversight. This role demands precision, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team to achieve marketing objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Romanian, fluency in English
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills,
- Ability to analyze metrics and report on marketing performance,
- Experience in design coordination and managing design-related tasks,
- Effective steakholder management and communication skills,
- Experience in managing customer reviews and public relations efforts,
- Ability to oversee content calendar and align with marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Metrics, Data, Planning & Reporting
- Understand and analyze the marketing mix.
- Oversee data collection and reporting on marketing performance.
- Inform strategic planning through detailed metrics and performance reports.
- Project & Campaign Management
- Manage local projects ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with team members and manage resources effectively.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Design Coordination
- Coordinate design-related tasks including translation, text changes, and basic image modifications.
- Organize photo shoots and work closely with designers (if available).
- Ensure all design elements align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging standards.
- Community Management & Review Management
- Manage the process of collecting and responding to customer reviews.
- Monitor feedback across various platforms and address concerns promptly.
- Leverage positive reviews to enhance the organization’s reputation.
- Copywriting
- Exhibit excellent copywriting skills for various marketing materials.
- Ensure all written content is precise and communicative.
- Public Relations (PR)
- Brief PR specialists and manage day-to-day PR tasks to enhance the organization’s public image.
- Content Calendar Overview
- Align with all campaigns and projects.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.
