We are seeking an experienced Marketing Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting a range of marketing functions. This is a dynamic role, perfect for a professional with broad marketing expertise, who can manage various projects across different marketing disciplines. You will play a key role in supporting multiple areas, including digital marketing, events, brand, communications, regional marketing, insights, data and analytics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist with various marketing projects as needed, supporting initiatives across all aspects of marketing including digital, brand, communications, events, and regional campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Event Coordination: Provide support in the planning and execution of events such as industry trade shows, webinars, and corporate events. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and event communications.
  • Brand & Communications: Assist in ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints, helping to draft marketing collateral, internal communications, and external messaging in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Regional Marketing Support: Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of campaigns and promotional activities tailored to local markets.
  • Insights & Analytics: Support data collection, reporting, and analysis for marketing initiatives. Assist in the creation of insights and performance reports to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to improving marketing workflows and processes, ensuring efficiency in the execution of tasks and projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, communications, and sales, ensuring alignment and support for all marketing initiatives.
  • Accountability & Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, managing them to completion with minimal supervision. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
