OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Global Marketing Activation Manager to oversee the execution of our global marketing strategies in the Climate Control sector. The successful candidate will lead a team of local marketers and digital experts to ensure the proper roll-out and activation of marketing campaigns and initiatives while keeping the brand messaging consistent across all regions. They will manage international marketing campaigns and collaborate with local teams to drive market growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of global marketing plans and campaigns, aligning with the company’s overall strategic objectives and regional needs, including point-of-sale promotions, physical customer touchpoints, and digital campaigns.
  • Led a team of regional marketing specialists and digital marketing experts to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities, maintaining consistency in brand messaging.
  • Track and report on the performance of global marketing campaign activations, using data-driven insights to optimise effectiveness and ROI.
  • Budget management, tracking, and approval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing management and sales, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to support global marketing initiatives.
