QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Sales Engagement tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding and desire to leverage AI to drive operational efficiency in day-to-day work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or related field
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic graduate to join our team as a Marketing Graduate, Competitive Intelligence. In this role, ideally suited for a recent graduate, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and distributing intelligence on competitors internally to help shape our strategic decision-making. In addition, you will lead the production of customer-centric content, including case studies, to showcase our leadership in various aviation markets. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and product management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough research on competitors, including their products, services, pricing, marketing strategies, and customer feedback
  • Analyze competitive data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on competitive intelligence findings
  • Establish and maintain a system for ongoing monitoring of competitive landscape
  • Foster a culture of external thinking by disseminating key intelligence throughout the organization
  • Engage with customers to produce content such as case studies, webinars, testimonials, surveys
  • Leverage and clean internal CRM data to create customer-segmentations for effective marketing opportunities
