ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Innovation Project Coordinator to join our team. In this new role, you will support operational project work and coordinate activities across various departments. You will be responsible to coordinate and follow up projects, ensure effectiviness and efficiency, documentation and a time oriented execution. Your work will contribute to the standardization, optimization, and evolution of our marketing and innovation processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education in natural sciences (bachelor’s degree/certificate of proficiency) or a similar field and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of the diagnostics industry, laboratory experience and/or the Swiss Healthcare System is an asset.
  • Confirmed education or training and initial experience in project management.
  • Fluent in German/French and/or Italian, with good communication skills in English being a plus (bilingual in at least 2 out of 3).
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland approximately 20-40%.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operational project work and coordinate project activities and synergies between departments, especially in operational areas.
  • Provide administrative support for the planning and organization of the department’s management and perform administrative tasks.
  • Introduce, develop, and implement project management methods, including coaching and supporting project members.
  • Document project progress and management reports.
  • Manage interfaces and communication at the national level.
