OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, digital marketing, events and exhibition, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma or undergraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in marketing tools (Marketo) is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
    Regional coverage: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, Thailand, Philippines, UAE.
    Reporting line: to IDEC Regional Marketing Specialis

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Support:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, and promotional items.
  1. Content Management:
  • Help to create and update content for the company website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to social media and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Organise logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer demographics.
  • Compile and analyze data to assist in identifying marketing opportunities.
