We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern within the product management group of the Digital Buildings Business Unit of Schneider Electric. Digital Buildings is focused on building management solutions and is one of the Company’s fastest growing and most entrepreneurial businesses. Responsibilities:

WHAT DO YOU GET TO DO IN THIS POSITION?

  • Support the introduction of a new, groundbreaking product within the Digital Buildings space:
  • Be a part of new offer introduction activities, liaising between the product (offer) management organization, the commercial organization, and other parts of Schneider.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing activities around major industry events and trade shows like the AHR 2025
  • Liaise with the marketing communications group to propose and develop impactful content promoting the offer value propositions to customers and industry influencers across target segments – commercial buildings, retail, hotels, hospitality, healthcare and schools/universities
  • Support the offer management team in early launch activities including beta testing, field trials with critical customers etc.
  • Work with the commercial teams and solution architects, under the guidance of the offer manager, to develop segment-specific growth plans and tailored content to execute. This would include activities like identifying key opportunities within each segment, sizing the potential, developing a positioning strategy for the product, and developing the necessary internal and external content to grow the business in the segment.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team within the Offer Management group:
  • Actively contribute to our online presence through hands-on involvement in various digital marketing activities.
  • Conduct thorough audits of our country-specific websites to ensure alignment with our offerings. Make necessary corrections as needed.
  • Capture market requirements for digitally available material and translate them into actionable initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance our digital marketing presence across all channels.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE?

This internship might be for you if you are/have

  • Last year or recent master’s degree in business, marketing or an MBA
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of Marketing Fundamentals (Value Proposition, Promotion and Market Segmentation)
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirited
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong network
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
