YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Working towards or currently hold a Diploma or Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or Communications
• Experience with a variety of social media and content tools
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position

  The initial internship is a paid 16-week term starting in January 2025. Upon completion, some candidates are hired as full time salaried staff members at competitive market rates with amazing career growth opportunities.

  This position is partially funded by a job grant. Eligibility for funding requires the successful candidate to be a full-time student in a post-secondary program.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE…

At Konstruct, we’re hiring for the winter/spring season, offering you the opportunity to wear multiple hats, enhance your skill set, and learn from industry experts. Come be a part of our dynamic team!
Candidates must be located in the Calgary area and have the ability to travel to in-city client meetings when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Collaborate with our team of marketing experts and assist with our clients needs, goals, and objectives.
• Contribute SEO-friendly creative writing and content ideas for client campaigns and social channels such as blog posts, articles, landing page content, social content, stories, ad copy, newsletters and videos.
• Help maintain and grow all social media accounts and contribute to content calendars for delivery intervals.
• Support with keyword research, review and analyze data and identify trends inside of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Assist with paid media campaign performance and testing, reviewing optimization, monitor budgets and adjust bids.
• Research and identify new opportunities for digital activations on new platforms and mediums.
• Strategize with Konstruct’s team of marketing experts and clients to make high-performing results.
