THE OPPORTUNITY

We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, reduce costs, build excellent solutions, and grow customer happiness. We are looking for Business Development / GTM Interns to help launch new solutions to the existing customers. Our customers are mostly Banks that use Worldline Issuing solutions to issue and manage cards (Credit/Debit/Virtual etc.). Banks also use Worldline solutions to manage their merchant acquiring processes. Worldline teams over time have helped customers to launch other services such as Fleet cards, unsecured lending and trade financing options. Large conglomerates are incorporating these solutions as part of their embedded finance offerings to grow their businesses. Worldline is working to take a few of these solutions as productized offerings to the Market. You will play a pivotal role to take these solutions, package them as productized offerings and go to market at scale.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
We are seeking a 2-3 dynamic individuals who will bring together a Go to market plan with various components such as professional services, Partner Management, product marketing and sales to launch new solutions to the existing and new customers.

The candidate (s) will have a strong academic background and/or exposure to either product marketing or technology sales in the software industry. Experience in the banking industry will be beneficial but not mandatory. This role will help you develop experience and expertise in partner relationship, product management, product marketing, content creation and lead generation.

  • Develop and refine a comprehensive GTM plan to drive one or more solutions to new and existing customers.
  • The GTM process will bring together the brand, the solution, the payback for the customer, lead generation, pipeline growth within the financial services industry across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including Fintech(s) and consulting firms such as NTT, Accenture, PwC and Deloitte, to drive joint marketing initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, events, and possibly conferences to engage key decision-makers and influencers within the financial services sector.
  • Drive content development efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces, to showcase our expertise and solutions within the industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify and qualify new opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, ROI, and pipeline contribution, to measure the success of marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Some experience in the software industry, even better if there is a exposure to the financial services sector.
  • Some understanding of the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and fintech.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • With attitude to learn, collaborate and have fun.
