Duties and responsibilities
- Supporting Marketing Manager on execution of all marketing initiatives.
- General marketing administration supporting the Marketing Manager.
- Management of all physical marketing collateral and distribution to dealers
- e-Newsletter drafting and building.
- Data management of e-news subscriber data.
- Drafting original social media content for owned channels.
- Regularly review dealer websites and social platforms to ensure they meet brand guidelines.
- Assisting with event management and logistics.
- Assisting with proofreading of marketing collateral.
- Managing photography files and digital assets.
- Perform market analysis and research admin.
Job holder requirements
Education and experience
Essential:
- Currently studying a Marketing or equivalent Degree
- Introductory understanding of various marketing techniques (traditional marketing, eDM, SEO and social)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- High attention to detail
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- CRM knowledge (salesforce)
- Email marketing knowledge (Pardot)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & InDesign)
Competences
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
