Specific responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting Marketing Manager on execution of all marketing initiatives.
  • General marketing administration supporting the Marketing Manager.
  • Management of all physical marketing collateral and distribution to dealers
  • e-Newsletter drafting and building.
  • Data management of e-news subscriber data.
  • Drafting original social media content for owned channels.
  • Regularly review dealer websites and social platforms to ensure they meet brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with event management and logistics.
  • Assisting with proofreading of marketing collateral.
  • Managing photography files and digital assets.
  • Perform market analysis and research admin.

Job holder requirements
Education and experience

Essential:

  • Currently studying a Marketing or equivalent Degree
  • Introductory understanding of various marketing techniques (traditional marketing, eDM, SEO and social)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Preferred:

  • CRM knowledge (salesforce)
  • Email marketing knowledge (Pardot)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & InDesign)
