At LUBYO (Let Us Be Your Office), we make it a reality. We are a B2B SaaS platform enabling companies to create and manage legally compliant remote work policies, while allowing employees to book workation stays abroad according to these policies.
Our solution targets companies implementing or enhancing remote work and workations, helping them improve employer branding, boost employee retention, and attract new talent. We are looking for a multi-talented Marketing Expert to help us realize our business vision. Work directly with founders (Roman, Shy, Nikolas) to bring an innovative product to market and achieve growth goals together.

Tasks

  • Brand Development: Build and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the remote work and workation market.
  • Product Messaging: Craft clear and impactful messaging that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our product.
  • Market Entry Strategy: Define and implement a strategic plan for entering the market, including identifying key segments, positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Securing Seed Capital: Work with the founding team to develop and articulate a compelling marketing vision for our product and platform. Your goal is to ensure that potential investors clearly understand our solution and its market potential.
  • Reach: You will be approaching HR executives and company owners as target customers.

Requirements

  • Work experience in a startup environment is obligatory.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analysis.
  • Experience in marketing B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for creating compelling content.
  • Ability to manage public relations and build relationships with media and influencers.
  • Hands-on skills in design, video, text, and picture production is a big plus.
